Helena’s new city manager is ready to get to work. Officials said Wednesday they will begin to finalize an employment agreement in the coming days for Tim Burton to officially take over the city manager, left vacant after the sudden departure of Rachel Harlow-Schalk more than a year ago. Burton was selected Tuesday night by the city commissioners from among three finalists. Once the dtails of the contract are ironed out it will then go to the city commission for approval.
