Two teens arrested for a Thursday night shooting at Ryan Fields made their initial appearances digitally from the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center. Jonathan James Countryman, 18, of Helena, appeared Friday, and Julien McKnight, 18, from Clancy appeared Monday on attempted deliberate homicide, stemming from an altercation that led to the shooting in which a 15 and 17 year old were injured, according to an affidavit filed on Feb. 27 in Justice Court of Helena. Both teen suspects are being held on a $750,000 bond.
