The Lewis and Clark County Attorney’s Office is accusing a 72-year-old Helena man of sexually assaultng a child.
According to the Lewis and Clark County Sheriff’s Office the girl, who was under the age of 8, identified Benjamin William Dean as the man who touched her inappropriately on multiple occasions. Dean was arrested and booked into Lewis and Clark County Detention Center Monday on three felony counts of child rape.
