UPDATE – We have an update about a disturbance at a Missoula elementary school Wednesday. A person has been arrested after reports of a domestic dispute off school property caused Lowell Elementary in Missoula to go into perimeter lockdown, including evacuating nearby homes. Residents were allowed to go back to their homes after police deemed there was no threat to the public.
