BOZEMAN – The Gallatin City-County Health Department (GCCHD) is rescinding the closure order for a popular Bozeman restaurant shutdown afer dozens of people who ate there got severely ill. GCCHD stated in a media release on Wednesday that there is no longer an imminent health hazard to prevent Dave’s Sushi from reopening once the corrective actions defined in a new health order issued Wednesday are complete.
