BOZEMAN – A second lawsuit has been filed against Dave’s Sushi, claiming negligence. The restaurant has been closed for several weeks, after 30 people reportedly fell ill when they ate there last month, according to the health department. Now, a Bozeman man who, according to the lawsuit, ate lunch at Dave’s Sushi on April 17, says he became extremely ill. The first lawsuit involves the husband of a Belgrade woman who died after eating at Dave’s.
