A 31-year-old Clancy man is facing homicide charges in connection to a deadly Sunday morning shooting in Meagher County. In an update Monday, officials said Dominic Paul Driscoll is being held in Broadwater County jail without bond, stemming from the incident in which police found one person, indentified as, Benjamin Andrew Bullington, 28, dead from a gunshot wound on E. Baker St., in White Sulphur Springs. Driscoll was also reportedly injured. Officials did not disclose what prompted the shooting.
