The husband of a Bozeman woman who died after reportedly eating at Dave’s Sushi, filed a wrongful death lawsuit Tuesday [May 9]. The court documents claim that Dave’s Sushi caused significant and life-threatening injuries that led to her death.

The FDA reports this week that 11 more illnesses have been traced to the popular Bozeman restaurant, bringing the number of people now sickened to more than 40. Although the FDA has not specifically named the source of the outbreak, they do suspect it is linked to mushroos used at Dave’s Sushi, which remains closed. Health officials say they are continuing to investigate the origin of the outbreak.
