Billings man convicted in fatal 2022 domestic shooting gets 80 years

A Billings man convicted in a fatal 2022 domestic shooting has learned his fate. David Antonio Rodas, 59, shot and killed the mother of his child, Gwen Ann Marshall, at their South Side home last year, and then fled with their son. Rodas, who previously pleaded no contest in Yellowstone County District Court to one count of deliberate homicide, claiming he had no memory of that fatal day, changed his plea to “no contest” and was sentenced Monday to 80 years in prison for the murder.
