Property owners impacted when Rock Creek spilled its banks last summer are still cleaning up after hundreds of homes in the town of Red Lodge were damaged. Floodwaters washed over communities all over southern Montana and northern Wyoming, but Red Lodge was hit hardest, with 300 homes evacuated, and 150 flooded.
