Recent flooding is being blamed for a massive sinkhole on Billings West End. The cratered earth has caused major road damage to Gable Road on Billings West End near 25th and 26th Street. The road was closed to through traffic this weekend and for the near future until crews can get in and make repairs, the City of Billings said in an update. Billings was hit by record breaking amounts of rainfall which caused flooding throughout the city and Yellowstone County. Motorists are advised to drive with caution through the area.
