An apparent domestic dispute ended with a shooting at a Helena home Saturday. Police responded to a residence in the 900 block of Gibbon Street just before midnight and a woman at the home told deputies that a man who reportedly made threats to harm her and her boyfriend forced entry into the residence and a fight ensued between the two men, before her boyfriend shot the intruder in the stomach. He was listed in stable condition Sunday. Helena police said Sunday the investigation is continuing.
