The Salvation Army in Helena is making some leadership changes. The advisory board for The Salvation Army in Helena announced that Majs. Brian and Iva West will replace Majs. Phil and Lawry Smith as the corps officers/administrators. The Smiths are expected to leave Helena on June 30. The Wests are expected to arrive July 4.
