On the COVID front, there’s good news and bad news. Since the COVID-19 vaccines became readily available, the number of Montana’s daily Covid cases has steadily dropped in recent months. However, St. Peters officials say they are still seeing a very consistent number of hospitalizations, with about 50% falling into a younger age category. St. Peter’s strongly encourages everyone to get vaccinated. The Helena hospital is administering free shots at their Broadway Clinic. No appointment needed.
