A Helena father and daughter attorney team accused of embezzlement has filed a notice of disability. Timothy McKeon, who along with his daughter have a complaint pending before a state Supreme Court panel stating they owe clients nearly $1.35 million, has filed notice that he is unable to take part in his defense and has agreed to be placed on disability. There will be a hearing on the allegations, and the findings will be passed along to the Supreme Court.
