New Jersey doctor identified as victim in fatal pedestrian-vehicle crash

A 66-year-old New Jersey doctor has been identified as the victim that died in a fatal pedestrian-involved vehicle crash on Tuesday, Sept. 21 in downtown Helena. Lewis and Clark Sheriff-Coroner Leo Dutton says Dr. Christopher Muenzen [mun zen] was a physician who was working at the Fort Harrison VA Medical Center. He was struck and killed in the area of 5th Avenue and Rodney Street when a driver was attempting to back up and did not see Muenzen walking behind the vehicle, a press release states.
