Hospitals pushback on statewide COVID safety ban

Several Montana medical associations asked a U.S. District judge to strike down a state law banning COVID safety measures, like masks and vaccinations. In a lawsuit filed on Wednesday the groups aruge the recently passed legislation that bars hospitals from requiring employees wear face covering and get vaccinated violates both the U.S. and Montana Constitutions. Montana is the only state in the country with such a law banning employers from requiring vaccinations of their employees.
