A Group that donated a Confederate fountain to Helena wants it back. The United Daughters of the Confederacy wants the city of Helena to return the fountain that was removed from a public park in 2017, as some say the history is a symbol of racism in the United States. A city spokesman said the request would be presented to the commission.
