For the fourth time this year, a 43-year-old Helena man has been arrested on suspicion of stalking his ex-wife.
Eddie Lee Ankney is charged with felony stalking and two felony counts of violation of a protective order after he was arrested on April 4, July 2 and Aug. 4 for violations of the same protective order. Court documents state that Ankney has stalked his ex-wife numerous times between April and November of this year.
