Wolf trapping open in additional WMU’s across the state

HELENA, Mont. – Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks opened wolf trapping in additional wolf management units across the state on Tuesday. The additional openings include multiple units in FWP regions 1, 3, 4 and 5.
In a press release, FWP said that after monitoring grizzly bear activity across much of the state, these WMUs are open, however, trappers need to be aware that grizzly bears could still be active.
