BILLINGS – A weekend shooting in Billings left a teen boy dead. According to a press release from the Billings Police Department, officers responded to reports of a shooting early Sunday morning at a parking lot on Constitution and were unable to locate anyone but found empty shell casings, before getting a call from a local hospital about a15-year-old Billings boy being dropped off with a gunshot wound. He later died. Billings Police detectives say a homicide investigation is ongoing.
