See something Say something. Concerned citizens report drunk driver in Helena

HELENA, Mont. – See something Say something. It’s a familiar message from police, and thanks to tips from concerned citizens Saturday night, Helena police say that rallying cry paid off after they were able to apprehend a drunken driver. Court documents say, Lewis & Clark County dispatch received a report of an erratic driver on 12 E who had just pulled into a truck stop in Helena. Tyler Sharp was quickly apprehended and is facing his second DUI charge along with two felony counts of assault on a peace officer.
