This month marks the 80th anniversary of the First Special Service at Fort William Henry Harrison in Helena. In 1942 the top-secret unit was a combined WW11 fighting force made up of U.S. & Canadian soldiers who set the standard for today’s Special Forces. The Orpheum Theatre in Conrad, will host a free screening of an historical documentary, titled “The Devil’s Brigade: To Helena & Back” next Tuesday evening, the 28th. A Q & A will be held following the film.
