A 20-year-old man from East Helena is being charged with felony attempted sexual assault of a teenager under the age of 16. According to charging documents, Joshua Paul Jones is accused of taking off pieces of the victim’s clothing and then trying to initiate sex, before they were able to push him away and flee the area earlier this month. The juvenile left pieces of clothing behind, which investigators found in the garbage. Jones was being held at the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
