KALISPELL – A Missoula man is facing charges following a fatal Monday night rollover crash near Martin City. The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office reports that 37-year-old Bradley Keith Burgess was arrested at the scene and is being held in the Flathead County Detention Center on a pending charge of DUI Vehicular Homicide, stemming from the accident that killed his passenger, who was ejected after the vehicle skidded off Fork Road near mile marker 1 and rolled down an embankment. The 36 year old woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The Montana Highway Patrol is investigating.
