The Better Business Bureau is now warning about one of the thousands of mailers leaving many homeowners confused. Some residents have reported recieving letters from a home warranty company indicating their homeowner’s policey was set to expire and that it was extremely urgent and time sensitive that they reply immediately. Homeowners from 28 states so far, including Montana, have complained to the Better Business Bureau about mailers like this, most coming from a company called US Home Guard.
The BBB has now issued a warning about the letters.
