HELENA – A Republican backed bill intended to restrict drag show performances, like story time for children, at Montana schools and libraries was set for its first committee hearing Friday. House Bill 359 was one of several bills up for consideration this week that could affect members of Montana’s LGBTQ community. The bill would designate drag performances as “sexually-oriented.”
