3 men have been sentenced for the Gibson Flats Fire two years ago. The fire destroyed 11 homes, 11 garages, and numerous outbuildings and cars on the southeast side of Great Falls December 1, 2021. A judger ordered Brandon Cordell Bennett, Jr. to 11 years probation, Jevin James Mclean was given 10 years probation, and Galvinn Coates Munson recieved 108 years total to the Montana State Prison. The three were also ordered to more than a million dollars [$1,760,172] in restitution, according to notes released by the court.
