Helena man has accepts plea deal in a 2021 child sex abuse case

A Helena man has accepted a plea deal in a child sex abuse case from two years ago. At the change of plea hearing recently [May 4], the parties agreed to 10 years in prison with five suspended for Sloan Fleeger, according to state code. The 31 year old was first charged last year, stemming from the 2021 child sexual assault reported to the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office. Fleeger will receive credit for all time served prior to sentencing that is set on June 20 in Lewis and Clark County Court.
