A Billings man accused of uploading child sex abuse material in 2019 pleaded not guilty Wednesday. John David Guy Nishwitz has been charged in Yellowstone County District Court with four counts of child sex abuse, stemming from an investigation in which the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children linked the 44 year old to thousands of photos and videos depicting child rape, according to charging documents. At his arraignment Wednesday, a judge set his bond at $1,000,000. If convicted Nishwitz could be sentenced up to 100 years in prison.
