The Helena City Commission approved the change of a zoning district south of Custer Avenue to allow for a four-story apartment complex. Commissioners voted unanimously to amend the zoning designation allowing the proposed four-story development that would include 138 housing units to be built on land adjacent to WinCo Foods on Sanders Street. -0-
