A Helena man is facing domestic assault charges. Nicholas Alexander Fisher, 29, is accused of throwing the victim against a nightstand during a domestic disturbance at an address in the area of North Montana Avenue and Lincoln Road on June 16, according to the affidavit. Fisher was arrested two days later on Monday and was booked into the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
